Our new Expressive Arts Therapy (EXAT) specialty adds an additional 12 credits to a student's core counseling concentration and integrates the practical application of the expressive arts with Adlerian theory. Expressive modalities include visual arts, movement-based creative expression, sound/music, creative writing, and nature-based practices.
